Sinigang na Corned Beef Recipe

Canned corned beef gives a delicious twist to one of Pinoys’ favorite dishes- sinigang! This is perfect if you want to have your sinigang faster than cooking regular beef.

  • 5 cups water
  • 2 pcs medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pc medium onion
  • 1 cup gabi, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup corned beef
  • 1 cup labanos, sliced diagonally
  • 1 cup sitaw, cut into 1 1/2 inch pcs
  • 1 cup kangkong leaves
  • 1 pack Knorr Sinigang Mix

Cooking Procedures:

  1. In a pot, put water, onion, tomatoes, and gabi. Bring to a boil.
  2. When the gabi is tender, add the corned beef, labanos, sitaw, and Knorr Sinigang Mix.
  3. When the vegetables are cooked, add the kangkong leaves.
  4. Remove from heat then serve with steamed white rice. Enjoy your sinigang na corned beef!
