- 10 oz package of bacon
- 3/4 green cabbage
- 2 medium white onions
- 1 tsp sea salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper to taste
- Chop bacon into one inch pieces
- Sauté bacon in dutch oven
- Chop onions and cook in bacon grease with bacon.
- Chop and stir in green cabbage.
- Stir until desired firmness.
- Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
