3 tbsp ground sesame seeds
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1. Cut the potato into long, thin strips. In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add the potato and boil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
2. While the potato boils, combine the ground sesame seeds and sugar in a heatproof bowl, then microwave for 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and add the soy sauce, mixing it in to make the dressing.
3. Toss the boiled potato with the dressing.
4. Serve and enjoy your potato and sesame seed salad!
