Ingredients:
250g minced pork
1 small potato, sliced into small cubes
1 small carrot, sliced into small cubes
1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced into small cubes
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup corn kernels
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
5 tbsp tomato catsup
1/2 tsp brown sugar
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups water
Vegetable oil
Procedures:
Heat oil in a saucepan and saute the garlic in it and the onions until aromatic.
Toss in the minced pork and stir until it changes color.
Add in the potatoes and give a quick stir. Season with salt and black pepper powder.
Add water and tomato catsup and bring to a boil. Add the sugar and simmer until the potatoes are soft and most of the liquids have evaporated.
Stir in the carrots, bell pepper, green peas, and corn kernels. Simmer for another minute. Remove from fire.
