Pinoy Colada


  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut and sliced (reserve some for garnish)
  • 1 fresh buko, shredded
  • 1 to 2 cups of your choice of white rum (depending on how strong you like your cocktail)
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple, buko meat, rum and condensed milk. Add ice cubes.
  2. Blend to a smooth consistency.
  3. Transfer to a pitcher for your guests.
  4. If you wish to garnish, you can add the husk of the buko or a sliced pineapple on each glass.
