- 1 fresh pineapple, cut and sliced (reserve some for garnish)
- 1 fresh buko, shredded
- 1 to 2 cups of your choice of white rum (depending on how strong you like your cocktail)
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 3 cups ice cubes
- In a blender, combine pineapple, buko meat, rum and condensed milk. Add ice cubes.
- Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Transfer to a pitcher for your guests.
- If you wish to garnish, you can add the husk of the buko or a sliced pineapple on each glass.
