Peachy BBQ Chicken


  • 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup peach jam
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated
  • 12 pieces of boneless skinless chicken thighs

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the BBQ and set to medium high heat
  2. In a bowl combine the BBQ sauce, jam and garlic. Stir to combine.
  3. Place the chicken in an aluminum foil dish.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  5. Close the lid and cook the chicken uncovered for 30-40 minutes until the internal temperature has reached 180 degrees.
