- 1 pound pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 6oz bag of kale & spinach blend
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt & black pepper
- fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain, return pasta to pot.
- Add oil, garlic, kale & spinach blend, salt & pepper.
- Toss well until kale & spinach wilt.
- Serve with fresh grated cheese.
