Omelette with Smoked Meat and Rosemary


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small piece of smoked meat
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • halite (rock salt) , black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin,
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • white cheese to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl with smoked meat, add the beaten cheese and whisk thoroughly.
  2. Use a steel omelette pan, melt the butter over medium heat, pour the egg mixture into the pan and reduce flame.
  3. Sprinkle the omelette with the herbs and the rosemary.
