Leche Flan Milkshake Recipe

Leche Flan Milkshake is a sweet and creamy Filipino dessert drink made with leche flan, milk, and ice cream blended together until smooth. It is a delicious treat that is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth on a hot day.

Serving: 1 glass


  • 1/2 tin or llanera leche flan
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon macapuno
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • whipped cream for garnish (optional)


  1. In a blender, purée leche flan, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, milk, vanilla extract, and macapuno until smooth.
  2. Combine condensed milk and brown sugar in a small bowl to make a quick caramel. With a spoon, drizzle the caramel on the side of a drinking glass and let it stream down.
  3. Pour puréed leche flan mixture into a drinking glass. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
  4. Serve and enjoy your Leche Flan Milkshake!
